Eastward bound...

Leigh and I (Andrew) are headed to the east coast for a period of decompression and a chance to visit with all of our "right coast" family and friends. . . we'll have cell phones with us and also will be intermittently be checking email.

Monday June 23 Leigh and Andrew drive to NJ
Monday June 23 - Friday June 27 - Leigh and Andrew are in NJ
Friday June 27 - Wednesday July 2 - Leigh remains in NJ
Friday June 27 - Andrew drives to RI and then Cape Cod
Saturday June 28 - Andrew has Cape Cod reunion with his Met advisory

Blue Ridge Trail, Cache Creek, CA

We discovered a new hiking trail today: The Blue Ridge Trail. It is near Napa Valley on the Eastern edge of the North Coast Range. The trailhead is about 50 miles from Davis, so we won't do this one too often, but it was a good hike (6 miles and 1800 ft of elevation gain). The picture above is the peak we climbed. . .
