1. tons of rain, roof leak, wet carpet, workmen in/out of the apt for a week, ET-like shroud contraption set up to dry walls/carpet
2. andrew started a new part-time intern ("associate producer") position at the local NPR station; he's working on a live show called Insight
3. daffodils started blooming on february 1st!
4. robins returned to Davis the last week of january
5. we saw some folk music (Mary Gauthier and Mark Olson of the Jayhawks) at a local venue, the Palms in Winters CA.

7. we met caitlin and wes in san francisco a few weeks ago to see the san francisco museum of mondern art's exhibit called Take Your Time, by Olafur Eliasson. here are some pictures:

Ah yes, Super Tuesday. So who'd you guys vote for? Or is it a secret?
It looks like Rhode Island might actually have a chance to count a little. I'm still mostly undecided; I was counting on having the rest of the country already having my decision made for me!
