We had the privilege of watching the Davis fireworks with an Englishman this year. What better a way to celebrate our indpendance than explain American music (They played Sousa, Copeland, Gershwin, and even John Williams - "What's more American than the Star Wars soundtrack?") and customs to a guy from Liverpool?!? And, what's the deal with the American-flag-carrying skydiver?
Mike was a good sport and maybe even enjoyed the hotdog?We all agreed the Davis town song, was a bit much.
