yes, i believe it is the same as a duplex. there seems to be some confusion over the form a duplex takes - whether it is a house cut in half horozontally or vertically. This one is a house cut in house vertically!

yes, 2 bedrooms - no idea how big they are other than from photos... we'll take more when we arrive. . .
